I feel pretty weak compared to a lot of you guys but I will post my numbers anyway. Only 40lbs away from the 1000lb mark.

I feel pretty silly posting this right after Travis' 550, but I hit a 355 raw bench press yesterday, which I am pretty excited about since I was stuck at 345 since October.
I ate 13 party burritos @ the bueno the other day. jk. Not really, but I did hit 315x8 in power pants w/o a belt.

Buccos1, for those of us without a monolift available (like me), that's very important. I do that every few weeks - unrack and step back with an ultra heavy weight.

405 x 10 Squat! got a little dizzy after # 8 but kept going after getting a really deep breath!

I've added 135 pounds worth of workload with my snatch session. Technique have improved.
Raw Squat PR! 515@195lbs Not a PR in weight but the last time I got this Raw I was 20-25 lbs heavier. oh and today was the first time ever that i handle anything over 400 without knee wraps (405 x 3 ) didn't go higher in reps cause I wanted to check my max.

last week at the AAPF nationals, I benched 368 for a PR and deadlifted 530 for another PR.
