    What is considered a meal?

I guess your supposed to have 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big ones right? What would be considered one meal then? I have a pretty big breakfast, but then after that what else would be a meal? Would my post workout protein shake be a meal? its 60g of protein and 350 calories. Would a sandwich, big handful of almonds, and a granola bar and glass of milk be one meal? Im at my college campus for most of the day so I dont always have access to food, so I usually throw a bunch of stuff in my bag. Any Ideas?

Sounds like you got it covered bro. And no you don't have to eat 6 meals a day, I only eat 4 and I gain consistantly every week, long as your hitting your cals you should be fine.

Bigger than a snack, smaller than a feast.

The size of your individual meals means nothing. It's how much you ate by the end of the day that matters.
