Just wondering because it seems like some people are naturally strong and built without lifting and then when they do lift they get even bigger and stronger fast. Also seeing some of the progress pics on here, some guys make huge gains and physique changes faster than others ive seen. Is it diet, genetics, or what? Ive made some pretty good gains so far but I dont think im one of the blessed ones who can build muscle like no other.

Genetics play a big role, but like Cards said, hard work needs to be accounted for as well. Work out hard, the right way and eat right and you will grow. Lots of people bitch about not getting big and have **** diets. (Not saying thats what you are doing)
The people who are gaining rapidly without the use of pharmaceuticals are training right, eating right and resting right.

I own a dallas carpet cleaning company if anyone is in the area so mention this site for a discount.
Yep, and genetics, as well. Some might be using and not telling anyone, as well.
Give chalk a chance.

It is a bummer when you talk to someone that is pretty well built, low bf%, and strong that does not diet or lift right and has pretty much no clue what your talking about. And you have to work your ass off just to be equal to them.
