I'm developing a routine for my exercise based off the WBB 1.1 Routine. Dumbbell Presses are easily my favorite exercise but I've never really understood the benefits of each variation. I've heard that decline offers some ability in giving your chest a little more shape but is it really enough that I should prefer it to the flat press which seems to give me a better exercise?
