hey guys, thought id start a new log here to help track my progress and keep me motivated. gonna play defense in lacrosse this year. not very strong, but some stats:
Lifting for almost 2 years
15 years old
~320-330 squat, havent really maxed
Right now im on Starr's 5x5 with a little strongman thrown in, liking it alot so far. im on week 5 right now..
Week 4 maxes: S:275x5, B:245x5
Weeks 1-4 were a breeze of course, so ill just start on week 5
I suck at this stuff...
Farmers walks (2" PVC pipe) 75lbs/handx1, 100/handx2. all for 20(?) yards
100 lb Sandbag: 5x5 clean, 3x5 press, 3x5 rows, 4x10 zercher squat
Bench: barx10 135x5 165x5 190x5 225x5 250x5
Bent rows (weak as hell, just started them w/5x5): 135x3x5 145x3
+Neckwork and shrugs
Abs: pulldowns, sidebends, BW stuff
Squatz: barx10 135x5 195x5 225x5 255x5 280x5
Calves: not doing them right now, conditioning for lacrosse kills them enough
Overhead press (these suck): barx10 95x10 110x5 120x5 130x5
Front plate raise: 45x5 45x7 45x7
dammit. twisted my back at conditioning last night, couldnt really squat or deadlift without any pain, so im gonna take tonight off, recover, and do tonight tomorrow night.

dips: bw 3x10 (still waiting for a dip belt)

Farmers walks: 50lbs/handx1, 75lbsx1, 100x2
Sandbags cleans: 100x4x5, press 1x5 (these are weird. the bag is pretty damn big, so i have to find the right groove do be able to press it, so it took 3 15-second attempts of wrestling the damn bag so i could get just one set. that beat the hell outta me pretty good. was an exercise in itself.), zercher squats 1x5 (after twisting my back a week ago, i aggrivated the hell outta it playin basketball yesterday, and the press attempts triggered alot more back pain, so i decided to be a girl and call it quits after one set)
wanted to try truck pushes, but with my back it definately wasnt in the cards.
