    Learning Sumo DL

    So I was interested in learning to DL sumo style and came across this video. For some reason I watched it about 52x and dont know why. I honestly cant tell you what was even said in the vid...

    This looks like the same girl that did the very enjoyable stiff legged deadlift vid. I can't say I learned anything, but I've watched all of them several times.

    The only thing that would out-do these vids, is a hot chick wearing nothing but a full canvas squatting 550 lbs.
