Is it ok if you squat 3 times a week M, Wed, Fri? Seems like there isn't enough rest time between Monday through Friday.
Yes, but only for so long. Once you stall 2 or 3 times you will need to have a light squat day on Wednesday or a ME/DE routine.

Do the program as is and eat your *assuming* skinny ass off. You'll be fine.
Buy the book. The squatting comes in waves of intensity, recovery, and volume.
Some of the best splits I have seen have this type of wave loading. Generally it is a wave like above or something like westside (ME/DE).

im thinking of doing SS. i found a website that explains the routine, just by looking it up on google, would you think the info on this site is sufficient enough, or should i just buy the book?
