I was wondering what a good post workout meal would be while I'm cutting. I'm a poor boy and am not on all this whey and malodextrin and such (I plan to get some soon), for now I've been keeping it simple, like tuna, eggs, milk, outmeal, fruits, veggies stir fried in vegatable oil.
I know what I'm eating isn't superb, but I was wondering what would be good to eat post workout that I can find around the house that still doesn't tip me over the edge of calories while cutting.
Also should I eat a post workout meal after doing cardio? If so, should it be the same as that of a post workout (weight training) meal?

you need protein and carbs mainly..
oats and eggs?
tuna salad perhaps a banana too?
