Bahahahahahaha! That epic fail is, well, EPIC!

Awesome for you to have the guts to post that on the internet, and joke about yourself. "Mama! Mamaaa!"

Great progress though man, it's very obvious that you've busted ass.

If only I could say something like that nver happened to me! Luckily I had a rack, but I didn't set the pins while doing box squats in my parents basemet. I got stuck on the box and nobody was home, ended up kinda tossing the bar off my back and ended up with a bent bar. Great learning experience for you though, it'll make you train safer in the future. Nice progress so far too, keep it up.

100% agreed. Nice to have you here.
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

Hi-5 for being humble enough to post that fail video. Definitely got a giggle out of that.
Keep up the good work big fella.

Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.

    Thanks guys!

    Video

Newest video. Never video taped a max out, I'll remember to lockout my legs before I press next time because my legs naturally are bent a little bit and when I press it locks it out.
