    lots of squats

    squats 135x12 135x12 135x12 135x12 115x12 115x12=9240
    hammer curls 40x12+12 40x12+12=1920
    dumbell press 40x12+12 40x12+12 40x12+12=2880
    kevin's row 300x1 260x6+6 200x12+12=8220
    leg press 900x25 800x30=46500
    totl for today 4-9-02 is 68,760

    I know what a range of motion is I do not understand what you mean by what was it like. I am sure you saw the pictures we had at captain piddles site of me using the leg press. So you can see I am getting a full range of motion from my knees almost touching my chest out to fully extended.
