As I have written before, I was doing a full body routine on monday wednesday and friday. I did see reults in after about four weeks, but now I am not only feeling overtrained but frustrated as well.
I am thinking of cutting back to a full body routine twice a week on monday and friday, with perhaps a cardio day on wednesday. My question to everyone is can i still grow with 3 days in between workouts? I am keeping the weight moderate and doing 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
Please help me guys. I know I have asked a lot of questions here, but the trainers at the gym I go to seem to be more interested in money than really helping out. Thank you in advance.
Ok, first things first. By "overtrained," what do you mean? Lack of progress? Fatigue?
Secondly, those rep ranges are far too light to be of any real use for growth. If you aren't seeing any results, that may well be why.

I also noticed that you said full body on each day. Try breaking it into a split as well.

listen to powerman, you say you want to grow? when you say the weight is moderate, are they too easy?

I was told by the doc to take it easy for a while due to a torn cartilage in the pec. However I have been taking it slow. I want to grow but i can't do the heavy weights. Thats why I opted for the full body higher rep routine. My avaiable gym days are only Monday Wednesday and Friday. I am open to suggestions. Thanks again
