As I have written before, I was doing a full body routine on monday wednesday and friday. I did see reults in after about four weeks, but now I am not only feeling overtrained but frustrated as well.

I am thinking of cutting back to a full body routine twice a week on monday and friday, with perhaps a cardio day on wednesday. My question to everyone is can i still grow with 3 days in between workouts? I am keeping the weight moderate and doing 3 sets of 12-15 reps.

Please help me guys. I know I have asked a lot of questions here, but the trainers at the gym I go to seem to be more interested in money than really helping out. Thank you in advance.
