My diet is pretty simple. I only spend about $20 a week on groceries (not countinig supps) and I eat once a day on campus. I keep my diet slightly on the lean side, but please understand I can eat three large milkshakes a day and not gain any weight from it. Not that I do this, but I'm not afraid to eat fatty foods because my body fat index will still be about 10% regardless.
I am 6' tall 205 lbs. I have about a 32 inch waist and it never seems to get bigger. Even though I have gained about 20lbs in the past 3 months I think I have less fat on my belly than I did before. If anyone has any suggestions with my diet or have other foods that may be benaficial let me know. I keep forgetting to buy tuna.
Breakfast
Extra large bowl of cereal; frosted flakes (yea, should be oatmeal)
Lunch
turkey sandwich with provalone cheese; no sauce
3 hard boiled eggs
During workout
Creatine
After workout
30g protein shake
Dinner
I eat on campus. This meal will be the largest meal of the day but I eat around 4pm. I try and stay away from carbs and stick with veggies, mellons, and meat (not always the best quality ie eating on campus). Then I drink two large glasses of apple juice, orange juice, milk, or punch. Some times a salad too.
When I get home or get off work
30 g protein shake
1 hour before bed
2 cups yogurt
2 tbl spoons peanut butter
2-3 eggs
Bedtime supps
1 multivitamin
1 fish oil
1 flaxseed oil
1 vitamin C
1 B12
1 magnesium/calcium
and another one that isn't important (no, its not viagra)
I drink about one gallon of water throughout the day also.
First, you don't eat very much, so your amazing ability to maintain 10% bf really isn't that amazing.
Do you have a limited meal plan that only allows one meal a day? If not, I'd chow down like a mofo and bulk up cheaply.
I may be wrong, but I bet you booze a lot given such low calories and relatively high weight.
What is it about your diet you want to know? Are you trying to bulk, cut, or maintain? If you want help achieving a goal, did you read the stickies? If you're not, are you just wanting someone to tell you that your diet is awesome and there's nothing you can change?
If your diet is getting you what you want, it's good. If it's not, it isn't.

There's a fundamental problem with your request. We have no idea what you're looking to get out of it. If you're looking for validation, you won't get it. If you're looking for someone to be a dick, that's my area of expertise.
People here decide what they want and then build a diet around that goal because, you know, it's the intelligent thing to do. That's really the only way you're going to get anything useful from anyone. This is why I said that your diet is good if it gets you what you want.
Open critique is for art, not diet.

Then I'll leave it as is since it seems to be getting the job done. Do you take any supplements to boost your test? Any amino acid supps?
Test boosting supplements are garbage. Any quality protein is going to be complete enough that additional amino acid supplements aren't necessary.
