Is it any good for you, if so wat kind he best, good for cutting?
Drink it if you like the taste and can afford the calories, not because of any serious nutritional benefit.
It has almost no place in a cutting diet.
Eating a whole orange is far better for you if it fits into your macros.
To me, OJ is good for bulking.
1) Tastes great, especially for breakfast
2) Has tons of calories
3) Vitamin C
But when I am cutting, I try to avoid it.
Loads of sugar in orange juice or any other juice for that matter. If you're cutting I would stay away from it

I love eating oranges and only drink fresh orange juices (not the powdered form). It's a good source of Vitamin C. Very good refreshment. I don't need to cut down anyways so Orange Juice is just good for me.
