    is 255lb of olympic plates+ a bar+ a bench for 60 bucks a good deal?

    Yes.

Edited to calm the excitement. What kind of weights are they, do you have any other equipment already?
For the weight alone (assuming you are getting 2 to 4 x 45s which is what would be needed for our gym) its a pretty good deal. And as a bonus you get a cheap bar and a bench.
Heck you never know we had a "cheap" bar that turned out to be our squat bar that held 700-800 like a champ.

Used weight is $0.50/lb. That's a good deal since just the weight would normally be over $100 used. Be careful if it's one of those chrome bars. I got one in a deal like this. It bent with 495 on it.
