    Were the hacks 'in da bucket'? I can't imagine doing 7 plates/side on that machine. Might have to give it a try some time.

    Of course they were in the bucket!!! Not really changing things up just had to take all those supps pre and post bf i got to a meal LOL> Ah u can do 7 plates on each side that only 640lbs. I did 660 today. Trying to nail 8 plates for a single at the end of my training cycle here the first week of Feb. Power meet feb 13th Golds gym Whitehall, Pa
