    Solid speed session B!!! I like that idea with the bands. I've really been thinking about doing speed work again. I've never really gave it a shot since I've stopped lifting in gear. I'm debating on these or heavy incline presses for my next 8 week cycle.

    Awesome training!!

    I too really liked speed benching with more band tension less bar weight, think I did 2 sets minis choked with 115.....felt great.

    You are really on a roll bro keep it up!!
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Thanks Bri! More band tension also forces you to stay tight which I like. I can also spot a few form weaknesses also. For me, speed work helps both raw and geared lifting on bench.

    nice work as of late, interesting points made about your D/E day, ive been pretty much doing the same and keeping the reps and volume alot higher

    Lol thanks Jay! Im thinking up my next food feat soon haha.
    The way DE day is set up now, I feel will really benefit me more. Lighter on the shoulders will save them from getting beat to shit.

    Thanks Justin. Yea that was at Iron Sport. We had 12 guys squatting, so it was easier to break it down to 2 flights so you werent waiting around for a half hour for your next set. Good vibe on Saturday mornings there for sure.
