Made this a light raw day and stayed around 82~85%. Shouldve been last week instead. I F'd up and messed up my weeks, hence feeling so beat up. Ill take my opener next week. Plan is to open at 565, then have 2 runs at 605, maybe 615/620 for a third.

You're mistaken. The plan is to have one run at 605, watch you hit it effortlessly, and load the fucking shit out of the bar and the shirt on the 3rd then watch you grind it out for a huge PR.

Form feels really good. My opener will actually be 525. The 545 flew off the floor, but I didnt get my shoulders going back, thus 2 piecing it. Just have to remind myself to throw my shoulders back from the get go.
