Nice benching and pulls! Deficits with a lot of chain weight are no joke! Been using them for ME work and they blow your brains out! Feel great for the lockout!

Thanks Jay! I love that movement with the chains. I feel I get a lot out of it. And conventional felt great. No back issues, so im going to incorporate more conv movements into training.

Shitty second half of the week for training. Work and life issues. Thursday I got some shoulder DB work and pullups late night at home.

Was working but left for a bit to meet up with the crew for squatting, but no sooner did I get there, I got a call to head back. So today was a deload instead of next week.
