Pretty hungover today and paid for it. Weight felt heavy from the start and i was messy form wise. The last 705 went a mess, so racked it then took another. Its time to stop fucking around and get my head focused. This is easy ass weight so im disappointed in myself. The crew doesnt need that slop performance. It wont happen again.

Getting a few things adjusted again to form. Was having some foot placement issues but I think we got it sorted out. 545 moved a little slower then it should, but im pleased with the day.

Today was a head test for me. Im dealing with personal issues at home and if things didnt go well today, i was contiplating on walking away from the sport. This was the first time I reached 600 sumo in any form, so im very happy with that. I guess ill stick around. Everthing is taking a back seat to training until this meet. Its the only thing keeping me sane right now.

Deviated a little today and added bands to get some heavy weight on my back. 850 was slow,but im happy with the work today. I need to set the mono a tad higher to set my upper back arch. I was a little rounded picking the banded sets.
