Unfortunatly my training got screwed up over the weekend due to work. I couldn't train really at all because of out hours being extended for different reasons. And today I'm working a minimum of 14 hours due to the possibility of the Flyers clinching a Stanley Cup birth. But I'm off tomorrow so ill try and get a good one in.

I felt like crap today. Very weak and just plain sick. My lower back is just thrashed from arching so much. I couldnt do any more than 455 or I was going to break apart. Very light accessory work just to get something in. Ill see how I feel tomorrow.

I know what it's like going into a deadlift day when your lower back is tired and tight, 315 feels heavy.
