    Pre Bed Shake Deliciousness

    Just Started doing this for my diet, every night before bed:

    1 scoop vanilla Casein
    1/2 cup cotage cheese
    1 cup milk

    blend that MF'er up

    thick as hell, good as hell

    hope that's useful to someone

    I usually just do the cottage cheese. Never have been able to do any flavor of protein with it.

    That much dairy protein really helps out a lot. You wake up not wanting to eat everything in sight.

    I'm going to give this a try, I currently eat a 200g tub of cottage cheese every night before bed but it's getting rather laborious.

    cottage cheese? i dunnno about that

    1 banana
    handful of frozen strawberry
    few ice cubes
    milk
    strawberry protein
    banana/strawberry yogurt
    scoop peanut butter
    bit of honey
    teaspoon fish oil

    blend it up and drink it up, real good. add more milk/yogurt for desired viscosity.
