    Box Squats and Pizza at Super Training (Double Blue Bands on tensors 490lbs of bands)

    I was wondering if you meant two sets of blues choked or a set of blues doubled. Now I see it was two sets. Have you guys ever tried squatting with the bands doubled? The tension is so friggin gangsta. I only tried it a few times a couple of years back.

    Ya its freaking crazy, its 4 bands totaled but their also on tensors so it adds more tension to the bands. Ya we did double blue bands last week and this week we just added the tensors. Id say we prob do it once per training cycle. I think next week were going to do 4 blue bands plus a 2 green bands on the tensors.

    ive heard super training gym is the place to train./ how heavy do the dbs go there? do they rrival ronnies gym :0

    A huge metal block that we put on the bottom of the monolift so it takes more band around the bottom so u have more tension on the band.

    lol I didn't realize it was old when I first started watching it. I thought "hey that guy looks just like Mark Bell when he was fatter".
