    Thanks Coke!

ME squat vs 205 lbs chain in full gear
    573 x 1
    617 x 1
672 x miss and bloody nose
    639 x 1

I got 661 last time, so this wasn't great. I could tell I haven't gone full gear in 3 months. I need my hips more open at the start.

Yeah. I was trying to pick jumps that were easy to load in kilos. I should have gone 369, 390, then 402. I was surprised it didn't go because it felt great. Usually when I miss a raw bench I lose my tightness the last couple of inches and get crushed. I actually controlled it and was tight at the bottom.

ME SSB vs blue in briefs
    440 x 1
    490 x 1
    510 x 1
    530 x 1
    550 x 1

My straight bar PR is 505, so 550 with the SSB is pretty good.

    ME shirted 1-bd:
    545 x 1
567 x 1 (pressed it straight up and it was ugly)
    589 x 1 (4-lb PR)
    606 x 1 (21-lb PR)

My right arm was lagging a bit, so I stopped there even though it felt easy. I think it was how I was bringing the bar down, because I have much deeper/longer marks on the left side. The shirt felt perfectly even though.

I just did some light accessories.

I think you'd be close with the right shirt.

    DE squats vs blue band
    415 10 x 2

    DE deads vs quaded minis
    225 5 x 2

I wanted to do some technique work. My deadlift has been crappy lately.

That would be awesome! Brad was getting almost 300 lbs out of a single-ply bench shirt. His best raw bench was 385 in the gym, and he benched 672 at a meet.

ME 4" block pull vs 80 lbs of chain
    565 x 1
    605 x 1
    635 x 1
    585 x 1

It wasn't great, but it was the first ME deadlift in a couple of months where my knee didn't give out.

    Buffalo bar box squats:
    320 3 x 5

I was able to squat raw and pain free which is a plus.

    Spud abs
    130 3 x 10

Wow, 300lbs...that would be awesome!!! I was getting right at 200lbs out of my DD. But that shirt was an OLD hand-me-down, I think it started with Spud Bartley and then John Manly before it got to me, lol. I think I'll invest in some single ply gear at the end of the year or beginning of next year. That way I can get use to gear again and pick a USPA meet here in Florida.

Poly shirts have so much more pop than denim. There's a reason only a few guys still use denim.

I got to the gym late and had to leave early. It probably wasn't worth training, but I was angry.

ME 2-bd vs 105 lbs of chain
    275 x 1
    315 x 1
    335 x 1

    Saturday:

Didn't train. Work really sucked this week, and I knew training would have run me down even more.

    Sunday:

DE bench vs 90 lbs of chain

    One-arm band rows:

    KB overhead press
    24 kg 3 x 10

    Thanks Coke.

    Tuesday:

ME squat vs 105 lbs of chains in full gear:
    683 x 1
    705 x 1
    727 x miss

PR is 749. I'm not sure what's going on. I seem to be hitting good PRs in briefs, but it's not translating to full gear.

ME floor press vs 80 lbs of chains
    275 x 1
    295 x 1
    315 x miss
    225 x 5

    I did some light accessories.
