Thanks Brian! It does. Part of it is each meet there's less stuff to worry about. I have my own lights, PA, and calibrated scale now. I started out borrowing that stuff. I re-use the same chair/table and porta potty vendors, so it's super easy to book it. I have the same people helping each meet, so we really have it down. It is still two 12-hour days to setup then run it.

ME squat with SSB vs light band
    330 x 3
    360 x 3
    380 x 3
    400 x 1

My plan is to stick with triples until the set I can't get 3. This will keep my squat weights a little lighter so my form stays better.

    Sumo DL:
    495 3 x 5

This felt great. I don't remember the last time I did sumo without briefs on.

I definitely need to keep my chest up more in the hole. You can see from the side the bar makes a s shape at the bottom.

Thanks Brian. I'll live. It's way less than you went through, and you're even stronger now than before.

ME sumo deadlift vs short average

Thanks Brian! It sucks a lot more raw than in briefs, since briefs help me stay more upright out of the hole.

    Thanks Coke!

I'm going to Ohio to help Cliff at XPC semi finals, so I won't be training this weekend.

    Tuesday

    ME floor press

    635 x 1

Cambered bar box squats vs 105 lbs of chain
    345 3 x 3

Thanks! He hit a 50 lb squat PR with 854. He bombed on bench though. His right arm was lagging badly and wouldn't lockout.

That's too much contrast for raw, but it probably won't hurt to occasionally do it.
