Alaska king crab legs plain no butter or season, are they good or bad wen cutting
It all depends on the person doing the eating. The basic rule is that if the food fits into your macros then it's good to go. Since Alaskan King crab is high in protein, low in fat and has almost no carbs, I don't see why it should be excluded.

P.S. Check the sodium levels if you have HBP issues.
shellfish is pretty high in cholesterol - so if you have a pre-disposition to bad levels, or are a hyper-responder....keep the crab legs in moderation.
