Well, havent posted in awhile although my cutting has remained steady... i took a week off of the diet and just enjoyed food for awhile.. then got back on it about 2 1/2 weeks ago.
Updated my Signature with my new weight... really starting to look good... it sure has been a long road.. ive had qwite a few people PM me on my diet.. ill try to get to those..
