Todays Workout. Pretty good. Front squats flew up faster then they did last time, definetly a plus.

I wanted to do 475 but I'm too big of a wimp. It's more mental for me I think. I was pretty freaked out doing what I did even though it was only a 10lb jump.

Just a little update, my BW is at 223 this morning.
Did some cardio yesterday also. Basketball for 15 minutes, 10 min jog, and jump rope for 5 minutes (high intensity).
I want to get down to 200lb.
No squats I had this horrible stomach pain on the way to the gym, and I didn't want to squat and end up throwing up or anything.

2x5x175~ I noticed this the last 2 times I did GM's too... for some reason some people stare and look at me weird when I do these. They stop in the middle of there curl sets. Oh well, I just tryed to ignore it.
Good workout. Just disappointed on my bench. Everything else is going smoothly. Neither dips or dumbell bench is helping my bench numbers get up. I think it might just take some time.

Damn bro, you got a hell of a deadlift there!! That's how I am too. My deadlift is unproportionately higher then the rest of my lifts, but it's my favorite lift so it's all good! Keep up the good work dude.
An alternative to the typical 9 - 5 lifestyle
Hit a PR on dumbell bench. My barbell definetly has to be higher by now, I hope. I wasn't feeling it today with the squats, so I did 275, and I'll just go on from there now.
