im not sure about that. i lost 2%bf while gaining 1pnd of muscle in a 3 month period
Well if you gained muscle and your bodyfat level stayed the same, you would essentially see the composition change slightly, hence a larger proportion of muscle to body fat.
I gained about 5 lbs of muscle on my latest bulk, but I didnt gain all that much fat. Even though i had gained fat, the percentage of body fat weight had actually lowered.
6% of fat loss with no muscle is hard. No matter how much weight you lose, you still lose some muscle along the way. You might be able to try an ECA stack, but i dont recommend you do. They will help you burn it off fast, but if your in really no rush, than i wouldn't worry about it. It's possible to lose most of the fat in 3 months, and than try to gain some of the muscle back, but that's gonna be tough.
