    How much meat?

    How much chicken, beef, pork do you eat a day on average? (ounces, lbs, tons?)

    Whatever fits into my diet plan. A lot of days I eat anywhere form 10-20oz of grilled/baked chicken. I eat as much as I can fit into my diet and stick to my macros.

    8 oz. of meat every meal here. Usually I eat 4 meals so thats 2 lbs per day. The rest comes from powders.
