Stolen from Keith's recipe after I had it at his house.
1 Pack of spaghetti (1800 cals)
1 pack of lean ground beef (1600 cals)
1 spoonful of butter (? cals)
1 pack of taco seasoning
1 homemade tomato sauce
Boil the noodles till they are how you like it. Cook the ground beef so its prepared properly. Add a scoop of butter to the noodles, mix everything together, and you have something you can portion out and keep in the fridge for easy heat up.
Total calories= ~3600.
It's good to bring for lunch at work too if you have a microwave. Good amount of protein, and if you get lean beef, it can have reduced fat.
I'd probably use some olive oil instead of the butter to the noodles.
