Heyy, keep this short and sweet
Im 16 years old im about 140 pounds id say of muscle, my problem is ive been working out mainly in reps and im tired of beind toned
I play wr for my rep team and my highschool team im looking for a full out routine that can help me seriously bulk up in the next 2 months ( off season)
At the moment ive purchased purple k havent started yet, ive used it before tho and im looking for foods to stick to, to gain a lot of weight and foods to stay away from
I dont have a big wallet, im not going to be able to buy tuns of supplements so im looking for i guess a homemade drink to help me with protein intake
im looking to stay fast and quick but gain a lot of mass

but id really appreciate some help/advice
