    Other ways of hitting the bicep

    are there pther ways of hitting the bicep apart from curls and chins?

    Bent Rows. I can't really work my bi's directly very much after doing htose...they're just dead.

    The primary target muscle of the barbell bent-over rows is the back and not the bicep, although the bicep gets quite stressed after doin the exercise.

    Try under-hand grip rows.

    *Can't remember the last time my biceps got a workout from doing deadlifts.*
