    is this a body recomp?

Training balls to wall, and then eating maintenence?

I want to lose a little fat that I have gained but still continue with the muscle gain. Im not "fat" yet but everytime I look in the mirror I want to puke. I know I need to keep my protein high, but I ran out of pwo whey and dont have any money so that will be tough. Anyways im going to eat cleaner and lift 3 times a week and do cardio 2 times a week.

I think youre thinking too much
You change your mind on what your doing weekly.
Just eat and lift. If you really *need* to lose fat, even if youre making gains, eat less.

Yea I say just do one or the other.. Might be wasting time attempting to do a recomp by not doing it properly.. Might as well get guaranteed results by either bulking or cutting..
