We were lucky enough to have Louie Simmons, owner of Westside Barbell and a living strength training legend answer some questions from our members!

I bought one my last trip up there. My training partner who is a personal trainer uses it extensively with his clients. It is a GREAT prehab/rehab device for the shoulders.
