If you make a calorie deficit combined with exercise and weights then you are loosing weight but If you make a calorie deficit and and exercise and do heavy weights then your cutting? is this correct?
So basically if you don't want to build bigger muscles just loose fat and define your body you want to cut right?
cutting out the fat from in between those muscles. Cutting the calories down, cutting off fat period. "cutting" but usually less muscular dieters dont call it cutting
