Trained out in the garage, bodyweight is in the low 220's but I plan on eating more this week.

Barbell Strict Press:
210 lbs x 5 x 3 sets

Close Grip Bench / Plyo Box Jump Pushups:
255 lbs x 5 / BW x 5
255 lbs x 5 / BW x 5

Loadable Dumbbell C&P:
170 lbs x 1 - PR, will do this for reps next time.

Side Raises:
15 lbs x 10 x 5 sets
