Well my diet will come to a stop this Thursday as I'm going on vacation for 8 days. I need tips for keeping the weight down. My goal is just to stay where I am and not gain any fat in this vacation. I will be playing lots of sports and still working out.
Bascially my ratios will be off balance and I'll have to eat a bunch of carbs (currently on low carb diet) but here are my basic guidelines:
NO sugary/sweet crap
Little or no simple sugars
Hold back on the fruit - maybe 1-2 servings a day
Don't mix fat and carbs in one meal.
Little or no carbs late in the day
Any other tips for surving this vacation will be great.. i think there will be a lot of restaurant eating and a lot of mexican food.
Well, if you're on a strict low carb diet you're probably going to see a little bloating no matter what. It sucks, I know.
