Video 815 2 board and 750 half board ME Bench day

Here are some training clips from Eaton Barbell from this past Wednesday. I need to work on holding the weight at the top for a couple seconds before racking it. Still a bit rusty, but I will iron that out the next few max effort days.

Thanks everyone. Travis--I am doing that SPF Worlds on Oct. 3rd and 4th down in Nashville. I might do the Lexen meet later on in October if I am feeling up to it, or something goes wrong down in Nashville.
Trying to get that bar speed up to Bencher8's standard, and work on some lockout stuff, and I should be ready by then.
Hey Rob--I will tell her that. LOL. I am honored to have her as a member of my gym. She is so knowledgeable, and cool. Now we just have to talk her in to competing again.
