    Thats a nice lift. Do they really call that type of DL sumo DL? I've seen people do it before, but I thought it was just the form they prefered. Does this make DL easier or something? Oh, and watch your toes. Mine were kind of twitching a little while I watched this.

    I' say using sumo is just personal preferrence. Some people (like me) lift more this way, some do better with conventional.
