585x2 took all my reps extra deep today. literally had people high 5ing me i'd never met before after this set. I was pretty shocked and didn't know what to do.

judged a meet on saturday so no training. inteneded to train today (sunday) and get my first geared squat in and shirted bench after shirt being fixed 3 weeks before the meet but circumstances at the gym i was going to wouldn't allow it. looks like i'm gonna have just one chance to get in my gear before this meet.....
