    Heavy Lower - spent day before moving furniture and such, back showed it was a bit fatigued

    First husband wife squat session today, it was an odd one but fun.

    belt on
    500x3 gym was very busy and people actually stopped to watch...
    wraps on
    545x3 more people watched more intently....
    585x2 took all my reps extra deep today. literally had people high 5ing me i'd never met before after this set. I was pretty shocked and didn't know what to do.

    yes! lots of people were looking so i needed to be pretty.

    light squats, hams still trashed from 2 days prior

    conventional below knee pin pulls - no belt
    up to 405+tripled monster minis 3x3

    judged a meet on saturday so no training. inteneded to train today (sunday) and get my first geared squat in and shirted bench after shirt being fixed 3 weeks before the meet but circumstances at the gym i was going to wouldn't allow it. looks like i'm gonna have just one chance to get in my gear before this meet.....
