I tried this today, and it was excellant.
1 can tuna
~1/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
Mix
I allowed this to sit for like 5 hours, which i think was a good thing. It allows the oats to become soft.
This tasted damn good to me for lunch today. Forms a thick paste.![]()
that is disgusting![]()

If it doesnt make dollars, then it doesnt make sense
I never knew how skinny I was untill I started gaining a little weight
no way bro, its real good. I swear, i just had to today.
Excelente!
Dont kick it before you try it, im telling you its good!
I'd rather be eaten by a zombie than to consume that.
So only 1/2 a cup of oats, right?
i would only add 1/2. More and it would be alittle too starchy.
Depending on salsa it may become too thick. I used to put cooked brown rice in my tuna, but this seems to be just as good, and much easier.
I eat alot of weird stuff though. Tell me if you like this.
SHIIIITTTTTT I EATS THE TUNA ALL THE TIME AND I AINT NEVER HAD TO USE NOTHING ELSE TO MAKE IT TASTE LIKE CRAP.mY ONLY PROBLEM IS THE HAIR...MAN I LOVES ME SOME HAIRLESS TUNA
sure man...
Tuna owns (hair or not)
This adds to the taste and nutrition.
If you dont like tuna, then suppliment other things instead of it, such as eggs, and chicken breasts
Tuna with BBQ Sauce is freaking awesome. Mix it up, heat it and put it on wheat Toast.

BTW I'd like to Plug Stubb's 'bone suckin sauce' as the best bbq sauce of all time.
Yes, I know its humorous.
i pop the lid.. drain the watter.. and dig shovel it out w/ a big spoon....
no other way tuttut

I, like many others, have lost the ability to taste tuna, so all of the flavor comes from the condiments. Low quality condiments means low quality sandwich.
Good bread helps, too.
I'd eat it plain, but it would be like eating soilent yellow and soilent white, it just aint the same as soilent green, baby!
Wait a second. Oh my...
Soilent green...is made....
SOILENT GREEN IS MADE FROM PEOPLE! ITS PEOPLE!!!
Anyways, I found another great sauce. 'Chaka's MMM Sauce'
fat free, 2g carbs, but a bit high in sodium. But hey, sodium's good.
ITS MADE OUT OF PEOPLE ITS PEEEEPLE! AHHHH!!![]()

Apparently, people are delicious.
Ask a zombie, they never use condiments.
My favorite way to eat it is with hot sauce, and no hot sauce is better than "Franks Red Hot" hot sauce, no sugars in it either so thats a +

Mix it with some cottage cheese.
You'll be suprised.
Absolutely. Cottage cheese and tuna is great. If you don't believe, try it on some toasted wholewheat toast.

What would zombies know about condiments?Originally posted by Budiak

Ask a zombie, they never use condiments.
They are just mashed up tuna in a stocking and bra.
So who eats who anyway ?
I eat tuna plain and wash it down with milk when it I get that feeling like an alien is gonna burst out of my chest. Tuna is so dry.
Also, seasoning (I use cajun, thai or herbs mainly) are an alternative to condiments if you can handle the extra salt.
For the last month I've had the same lunch M-F...
1 cup of cooked brown rice + 1 can of tuna (packed in canola oil) + 1tbs relish and 1 1/2 tbs hellman's just 2 good mayo (2 grams of fat and 2 grams of carbs per tablespoon).
I hate tuna, but I actually look forward to eating this.. still, even after a month of lunchtime monotony.

tuna packed in oil=not so good
why would you need to use this, if you are also using mayo?
I would use only one, but that is just me.
I used to eat:
1 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup salsa, 1 can tuna and it was good
well, I use the mayo for taste and the oil for both a nicer texture but mostly for the canola oil.. I always thought a bit of that is good, especially when I'm dieting (when I diet, I noticed that my daily fat intake gets too low, like 5-10grams a day)..Originally posted by Titan

the mayo that I use only hits me with 3 grams of fat and carbs, which I don't think does too much damage to my cutting progress.
maybe I'm wrong with the canola... why is it bad?

5-10 grams a day is way too low even for dieting, keep eating the oil pack with mayo!
