Hi guys,
over the past 2 years i have been weight training on and off. being totally oblivious to it i just used to use d-bol orally (50mg a day). i knew nothing about cutting cycles or anything like that i just used to stop taking them for a month or so keep training and lose some strength but got it back very quickly when i started using the d-bol again. when i left the army and started training 2 years ago i was about 11 stone 7 and 12% body fat. now i am bordering 205lbs and 20% body fat. i really want to get <10% and still keep as much size as possible i feel being 5ft8 i dont really need or want to get much bigger. i hear PCT floating about quite a lot but i have no idea what it means or does. any help at all on what to do / supplements / diets would be greatly appriciated
