Yeah, those dumbells are ridiculous.
The heaviest that I have ever done were 170's and I can't even imagine the difference.

That is a monster db press.
Success is achieved by doing a little more than you thought you could, and a lot more than anyone else.
Jesus. And I thought I was doing great with 120's.
From what I have heard Stan also has an 820 lbs raw squat and has done some other big pressing feats including 200lbs x 9 incline dumbells and 500 lbs x2 incline barbell (and 585 raw bench).
Too bad he didn't get invited to "The Strongest Bodybuilder" showdown at the Olympia with Johnny Jackson and another gentleman.
I might have to start working in some heavy incline dumbell pressing to see what I can build up to. There is a gym around here with some big ones.

Ben White is the other guy you're thinking of.
Stan recently earned his IFBB pro card and is training with Mark to hit up some more powerlifting meets. He's a crazy strong guy.
I do believe next year though they are opening up The Strongest Bodybuilder to some more guys, but for this year it's just Ben White and JOJ
