What's up buddy? doing great, can't wait to see you hit this meet. after some thought thinking your squat is going great. still have 5 or 6 weeks left taking it up 25 to 50 lbs a week is smart. don't blow ur load to early like I've been doing. save the big numbers for meet day, who cares what or where gym lifts are. Form looks right on. You've been handling super heavy **** every workout, so them pulling you back a little on one lift is good.

Felt the last few weeks catch up with me today. I think 2 weeks in the shirt and one week out is what I'm sticking with. I've also decided to throw out the 100 Pushup program. I really enjoyed it, but it's getting to the final weeks and probably doing more harm than good at this point. I get scared to take down weeks now because I'm afraid to lose focus like I did before but I it's been 2 days and I think I did need the downtime. Big squat day coming this Saturday so I'll just keep things easy till then. Saturday I'll be ready to work. Back at it on the bench next Monday as well.

Uh, thanks? That was a terrible day though man. LOL. To go from a 765x1 week, then a 725x2 week to an almost kill myself with 635 week...definitely not a highlight. I needed the down week and I'd like to really push next week and go for 755x2.

I know it wasn't your best, I was more impressed with you hitting 315x15 after all that benching. To me that was bad ass!!!!!
