Great night tonight. It was nice to be able to train with a partner again and we were on the same page. Both pushed one another at different points. Good times. Great back pump, feeling strong as hell. Got a new job with a huge raise in pay today that helped fuel the great training. Came home to find we were having Sushi for dinner, then head over the 'rents to watch Survivor. Finally, I'm off tomorrow so I need to use the time to write a resignation and then hopefully use the 2 weeks vacation I have left for my final 2 weeks. Things are going well, let's hope my upcoming deadlift meet stays on course and my squat starts coming around.

Deadlift on Saturday destroyed my shoulders. Seems like the whole crew was a little off tonight so we pushed through and made it a quick night. Looking forward to being off Tuesday before hitting lower accessory day on Wednesday.

New guy DGabe24 came to train tonight. So far he fits in well. Strong kid! Hit an easy 345 tonight @ about 205.
