This movie was nothing short of great and it very well may be Tarentino's best work. It had plenty of laughs (dark humor), plenty of gun fights and plenty of Nazi scalps cut off. Brad Pitt was definately the highlight of the film as his scenes propelled this movie (especially with the laughter he provides). I don't want to give too much away but I look forward to discussing it with you guys once you've watched it. It's everything you want it to be.

P.S-Definately worth the ticket price. Best film that I've seen in the past two years (hands down).

Something along the lines of the Jew's killing the nazis. It looks epic

As I understand it, it's a group of Jewish soldiers that go undercover as civilians and brutally murder Nazi soldiers.

I've never liked Tarantino but I still want to give this a shot.

If I were to be a 'prisoner of the moment' sort of person, I'd say yes. As a realist, I'd say they both are on the same exact level with this being a little bit more of a fun watch. Personally, I enjoyed the storytelling in Pulp Fiction. Go see this, we'll talk.

I didn't like this movie as much as I liked Pulp Fiction. A few parts in the movie was a complete yawn-fest. =/

Yeah, there were two 5-6 minute sequences that were slow and but both tied in with the story build up. Diane Kruger>. I love that director's cut nude scene from Troy.

Sick film. Like him or not, Brad Pitt is a phenomenal actor. The whole cast was great and the story, although not historically accurate by any means, it very entertaining.

It was Tarantino's finest job, hands down. While Pulp Fiction will still likely remain the cult favorite due to all the great lines, Basterds shows that Tarantino has really taken his skill into the highest tier of excellence.

From what I understand he got Pitt drunk so he would sign on to do the movie. This happened at Pitt's place in France where Pink Floyd's "The Wall" was recorded.

Yea I've noticed Brad Pitt is a pretty good actor. He doesn't seem like he would be a good actor to me for some reason I don't know.

Great movie. Went to see it with my brothers the other night and we all loved it. Pulp Fiction is still one of his top films.
