    Progress Pics (Beginning-3 months)

    I know the lighting and camera are different in the pics, but here's a rough log of my progress after 3 months back (from a 2 year break). I started in first pic at 205 and in the 2 current pics I am 207.

    big diff in chest, core, and arms. hit your traps harder.
    Height: 6' weight:197
    BF%: ~12%?

    bench: 280 x 1
    squat: 370 x 1
    dead: 360 x 1

    goal: 225 @ < 10% bodyfat

    There looks like a 20lb gap there, not a 2lb. Looking good, but I agree that your traps are lacking somewhat.

    I think the tan, the pose, and the camera made the most difference. But, it's only a 2 pound difference so I wouldn't expect a big change.
