    Cardio Interval Training for fat loss....

    Has anyone else tried this and or has anyone seen good results with this? Just started doing it today....I will be doing it two times a week (2 out of the 4 days I do cardio a week).

    I've seen a few studies showing that high intensity interval training is the best form of activity for burning fat. Also seen studies showing that your body produces more growth hormone as a result of this type of training. I suppose this is why sprinters look way more jacked than marathon runners. maybe. seems like the way to go from my standpoint.
