How do YOU wrap your wrist wraps?

Just want to know how people wrap their wrist wraps?
Any tricks or tips to really lock the wrists straight or just wrap em nice and tight?
    Thanks and good luck!

The worse thing in the world isnt to fail, its to never even try
and if it seems you fail time and time again, remember.......... it isn't a proper failure until you give up!!

I know there is a video somewhere with Mark Bell demonstrating how to properly wrap wrists.

I cast my wrists like in the video with 36" APT Convicts. I just try to get them as tight as possible and make a fist while wrapping them like he says in the video.

Get em' tight brother... Your hands should be "tingling" from lack of blood flow after wrapping.

BTW, un-wrap between sets!!! Numb hands= no control of weight!

You can also chalk your wrists before wrapping to make them more cast like....

    Evil,

I heard that man! I used to go "false" grip and the tight wraps helped me make the transition to gripping the bar (USAPL)
